konica minolta 1490MF

hello all,
I have konica minolta propage 1490mf , printing OK but if i make copy half page are black and shadow ? i clean scaner and laser !!!!

Did you clean the optics, that looks like the white correction is doing that.
Look for a white correction strip and clean it if its dirty.
Or something in the scanner is running skew.

If the prints look OK then the laser can be ruled out. Depending on which direction that the image was scanned you could have a couple different problems.

If the darker area is toward the back or front of the machine:
1) perhaps a piece of paper has slipped into scanner
2) perhaps the lamp is dimmer at one end or the other
3) perhaps one of the light blocking shields for the lens is loose, blocking the light path

If the darker are is is toward the leading or trailing edge of the scan:
1) perhaps the lamp is flickering off
2) perhaps there is a break in the lamp cable
3) perhaps there is a loose mirror, missing lamp retaining clip, or scanner drive component

In the end though, you'll find the fault in the scanner. =^..^=

i clean laser and i change scaner but unsuccessfully !!!!!!!

Well like BC said the problem is on your scanner!!
