Bizhub C652 errorcode C2558

y have the TCR level in Black unit to High (11,50) normal is ~7-8
its possible this to reduze the TCR level?
Y have the level in service mode +3 and the max level to +10 and not result..

i would say your dev is over life or there is a blockage from toner hopper to your developer unit. Manually add toner and if the value changes then its probably the dev.

I thought if that is too high that he has too much toner.

You can try to de-tone it, then reset it but the real problem is there is not enough developer left.

Yes, the developer unit did not have enough starter.
Y change the developer unit and the bizhub running normal, TCR ~7.4

Just to add you can save all the old image units inc black dev unit then if any unit has a print quality issue due to low dev you can easily top up the toner/dev mix from the old units works great (assuming the drum isnt worn)
