Bizhub C364e will not display when drum unit life ends

I have several machines that when the I/U life is up it will not display or say anything on the panel. I have went into service mode and made sure everything was turned on the way it should be and have even updated to the most recent FW. Nothing I do seems to help. I was just going to see if anyone on here has ran into this issue and knows of a fix before I make a call to Konica Minolta tech support.

"Everything turned on the way it's supposed to be" for the 3 series MFPs means that the messages will not be displayed. You have to make changes to the softswitches, near end life displays, and consumable end of life settings (enhanced security mode). Regardless of theses settings, consumable life info will still be displayed via page scope web connect...you can always look here to get a true report of what is at end of life. Emujo

Most companies don't want the IU life warning enabled as this creates more unnecessary call out as the images units usually go past their expected life.

However you should be able to turn the warnings back on in service mode.

Set software switches 51 & 55 to 00 in system 2 service mode.
