    KM3035 jams from PF75

I know it's old, replaced all PF75 rollers still jams on multiple copies, looks like sheet is not making it to the registration roller in time.
Feeds from drawers 1 and 2 with no problems at all.
Can't see anything in the path stopping it.
Anyone remember anything from this era?

Check the pickup roller assy [left side ] plastic bracket. there is a small clip that hold it in the feed assy frame that gets broken. the seperation roller has a spring clutch that get gummed up, clean and lube or replace. feed roller has one way clutch, clean and lube. vertical transport assy,, clean rollers properly. If its jamming just afer exit from lct, then clutch next to the left side pickup roller assy. Check the middle feed assy for broken parts, examine it thoroughly, sometime the frame gets cracked and cause intermittent problems. also clean those rollers properly.
Is paper loaded on both trays in the lct. try with paper on left side only. what's the jam code ?
Also check the mylar on the side of the tray where the paper sits, it tends to peel and cause problems. also the plastic guide just above the mylar, some techs remove them
    Others may have their solutions.

thanks, it does seem to be feeding fine from the lct with the new rollers and I checked, the plastic clips are all intact.
sometimes when doing multiple copies there will be 2 sheets of paper in the vertical transport area touching each other end to end but the leading page has not made it to the reg. roller.
I will check the middle feed assy but I don't believe it is making it that far before it stops.

It's relatively common on the PF75 and PF750 to have one or both of the separation springs go missing. What jam code? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for the responses, went back today, only jams from lct and only on multiple copies, ran 50 single pages from lct no jams. ran 100 pages multi through drawer 1 and 2 no jams.

when the lct jams the first page comes out, the 2nd jams with code J21

cleaned and lubed feed roller 1 way bearing and sep roller spring clutch.

both sep roller springs are present and in place

here is a picture of how the 2nd page jams:

Feed switch 3 (FSW3) does not turn Off within the specified time (5056ms) of the deck upper paper feed clutch (DPFCL-U) turning On. Check Sim U031 for FSW3, Sim U247 for DPFCL-U

From memory, I think the rego/trans roller ass'y has two pressure springs one either side. The springs are housed in a clip retainer guide with a long dowel holding the spring in position. If the dowel breaks the spring an/or clip moves out of home position and can cause jambs at the trans/rego roller. Replace the retainer clip housings either side of the transfer roller.
