    DP-670B

Hello all. We have a DP-670B that disables itself once a month. It works fine after i 906 the machine then about a month later it happens again. There is no jams or c-codes recorded on the unit when it happens. I've cleaned, blown out, reseated DP connectors and flashed the firmware .Has anyone ran into this problem before? Any help will be appreciated.

It might be a good start to look at the Harness to the copier and Molex connector on the copier side.
Harnesses over time do strange things and the Molex connectors can get loose or broken over time.

    Hope that helps a bit

Are you sure about error codes? The only reason it should isolate is if it pulled an error code. Print off an Event Log. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Lift the original tray guide and clean underneath.
