I'd like to help you raztech, but I do not understand.

"the user's copier kyocera c2525 was disapeared" So if you could not see the copier, how do you operate it? My first action here would be to locate the MFP.

"and let his own pass word for documents scan... is it possible to reset it?" I'll have to make some guesses here. First, I'm going to guess that you are scanning to SMB, and your MFP is not authenticating with the recipient PC. Further, I'm going to guess that the PC's authentication password has changed, but the new password has not been entered in the addressbook entry. If some of this is correct, I would edit the password stored in the addressbook entry. This may also apply to scan to Email.
Here's another possibiility: perhaps the recipient PC is set to DHCP, and was shut off for a period of time. Maybe DHCP has assigned a new IP address that does not match the addressbook entry. Again, edit the addressbook entry to use either the PC's hostname, or the current IP address.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
