    KM 803 "image cycle"

    Hi folks,
I have customer that has KM 8030, copier keeps reading "image cycle" Im assuming its trying to add toner to developer, as it will eventually go into add toner or shake toner cartridge. I looked at the toner motor as its cycling, it turns/spins about every 3 seconds, I did check developer, and toner level does seem low, I tried sim 130 to add toner, doesnt seem to be working, I replace developer unit with new, same scenario...I just manually added toner to developer/prime it. Im afraid after they make numerous copies, I'll be in the same boat. Has anyone seen this problem, or any suggestions..? My next guess is toner motor, but as I mentioned its seems to be working, and I never get any error codes...copier will just cycle forever...Thanks..any and all help appreciated !

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
