    Kyocera 6550ci updates

My customers T\A 6550ci seem to be jamming 8-12 at a time and its always at the same place, the top door on the right side. someone told me that there might be a refit kit for the springs for the idol rollers on that door they do seem pretty tight. This is not the drawer that you open to get at the fuser but the door under that drawer.
Could someone let me know what the part numbers are for that .

    Thanx a million

If you're getting J1313 or J1314, you'll need to check if your middle feed clutch is stuck. You can do this by cheating the interlock on the middle feed door and then running U032 with MOTOR selected. If the transport rollers are being driven (and can be stopped with a light touch), then your clutch is driving when it shouldn't be. The troubleshooting bulletin calls for clipping/removing the wiring fastener from the back of the machine where it connects to the clutch. See the attached picture.

Personally, I'd just replace the middle feed unit (PN: 302K994130). That is, if I'm understanding your problem correctly.
