Can I swap drums around and clean chargers? Is there corona wire or charge roller?
Also do you think the blur on top of color print has a play in this issue?

I guess that I don't have to tell you now that all the drum units (and by extension, the primary charge rollers) are interchangeable.
In the scan the spots appeared black, but it's not uncommon to experience some color shift in the scan. If you say the spots are magenta, then it's the magenta drum you need to address.
You can clean the charge rollers with water or water based glass cleaners, but they must be entirely dry before installation. Unfortunately the spots are arc spots burned into the drum, so changing or cleaning the primary will at best not add any more spots to your drum. You say: But I don't see any spots on the drum! You won't see any spots ... but they're still there, and no way to remove them, excepting replacement.

Don't forget to reset the magenta charge counter (U930) and calibrate after the new parts. The drums are chipped, and will automatically reset the specific counter. And there is no parts counter for the secondary transfer roller. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
