I guess that I don't have to tell you now that all the drum units (and by extension, the primary charge rollers) are interchangeable.
In the scan the spots appeared black, but it's not uncommon to experience some color shift in the scan. If you say the spots are magenta, then it's the magenta drum you need to address.
You can clean the charge rollers with water or water based glass cleaners, but they must be entirely dry before installation. Unfortunately the spots are arc spots burned into the drum, so changing or cleaning the primary will at best not add any more spots to your drum. You say: But I don't see any spots on the drum! You won't see any spots ... but they're still there, and no way to remove them, excepting replacement.
Don't forget to reset the magenta charge counter (U930) and calibrate after the new parts. The drums are chipped, and will automatically reset the specific counter. And there is no parts counter for the secondary transfer roller. =^..^=
