    FS-C8520 F25E code

This FS-C8520 Kyocera MFP is throwing F25E codes. Customer says it is usually first thing in the morning. This machine has a history of F000 codes (communication between main board and operation panel). We have replaced the main board and updated firmware after talking to Kyocera about the F000 codes. When I called them about the F25E codes, they said it is a problem in the network management section which is on the NIC (main board). We are reluctant to replace another main board since it was replaced less than a month ago for the F000 codes. Has anyone experienced the F25E code?

    Re: FS-C8520 F25E code

CF25E is a Network Manager error. My references tend to blame firmware, but I think that I'd take a different approach.

I think I would disconnect from the network to see the the code re-occurs. Also I'd connect to my laptop and print/scan/etc. If I still did not get any CF25E codes, I would put it back on the customers network and see how long it takes for the code to come back. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
