    km 6030 developer tank overload

    hi friends , i have little issue with my machine that developor tank overload with toner and code appear 2100 and 2300 ,how can i resolve this issue.i have clean many time developer tank but code appear after some time

    I think that I would check that the electrical connections are being made to the developing unit. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

      now developer tank is full of toner and image cycle appear,machine is not ready to copy,

          Since you reported both a 2100 and a 2300 error code, the only common denominator to both codes is the duplex PWB. Replace it to see if that does not eliminate the problem.

            You might also take a look at the fuser drive assembly. When the motor shaft wears it sprinkles iron dust on the duplex PWB. Enough of that conductive dust, and you'll get C0460 codes. Also watch for J40, J41, J42, J43, and J44 jams. =^..^=
