I really hate design engineers that don't take in consideration what the tech has to do to fix a problem.
Only slightly off topic: The previous generation, the VoyagerE were known for a bi-metal reaction at the drum ground, which is the drum shaft. Essentially the drum shaft would weld itself to the drum motor shaft.

The solution is as unpleasant as you might imagine. In addition to removing the items listed in the previous post, you were required to disassemble the drum unit while inside the cavity of the machine. Removing the front face of the drum unit, removing various E-clips, removing a pin at the rear of the drum unit, sliding the drum and cleaning unit off of the drum shaft, then wiggling the drum shaft back and forth enough times to detach it from the drum motor without damaging the coupler. Oil helps. Some techs have had luck with removing the drum motor from the rear, not me. For this reason, I don't miss the VoyagerE's very much. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
