New TA-3051ci A3 duplex ...

... printing seems to be not by design on this machine :-)
A3 duplex printing couses stupid Jam in exit section.
Outgoing (finished) A3 collides with another A3 which is pendent at the exit section and which is just comming back inside the machine duplex.
This situations happens approximately after 5-6 sheets of multiple A3 duplex printing, because there is some time advance during printing when the A3 sheets restrain each other maximally.

Machine is new.

Any idea how to resolve this problem ?

Of course job separator JS-730 should be resolve this problem, but who will pay it ? Me ? I feel my customer will not.

But I think, eventlog only baffle you due to several unrelated JAMs.
Problem is directly as I described because when you organize outgoing and comming back A3 sheets manually by hand, than no JAM occur.- My customer do it right now :-(

There are 2 jams detected on switchback sensor when feeding from cassette 4. The rest are irrelevant dp jams.

Do you have the separator tray installed? it comes by default with every machine. When it's duplex printing it uses it by using upper tray when doing duplex, and finished paper comes out to the lower tray.

My bad on this one, i was referring to TA-2551ci which comes with internal job separator. It's optional for TA-3051ci. You are gonna have to get JS-730 to handle it.
