Hello ..we have error code C2000 in KYOCERA M2030DN ..l controlled all parts ...this machine is news .....any idea ?

Error code C2000 is main motor not turning properly. Something is tight or not spinning freely loading down the drive motor. Check each component one by one ie: fuser/dv units/drums to see if they are binding.

I've seen fusers seize up on this model long before they should. No option but to replace.

hello again ..l try controlled all parts of this mfp ..all is good ...fuser parts ..develop parts ...toner parts ...laser parts ...also l enter simulation ( U21 ) but unfortunate any solution ..pls any idea !

hi,

check the drum contact on the right side.
do you hear a strange noise?
if yes, check visually and you will mostlikely see that the contact mass of the drum if not in proper position.
bent the contact and the machine will work properly.

Pull the drum unit out and turn it by hand (press the gear on the right down), it must go smooth. Do the same for developer unit. If both are turning properly, than the right side has some mechanical factory problems (assuming the machine is new as you said). It could be the main motor or some of the gears around it.
