Honestly, no. Only one service call to remove a cotton ball (machine is located in the nurses office of an elementary school). =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yes. I've got a DP670 on a 3060 that has double fed since it's delivery some 4 months ago. We've installed new rollers, sep pad. I was out yesterday and tried increasing the feed pad tension. Seemed to be a little better but time is the test. It's an attorney's office and it has about 11K documents through the DP with about 32K prints on it. Hotline said they had nothing on any double feeding issues.

Yes, we had problems with these feeders, especially the first few sheets passed through, until they seemed to have settled down. There are still some occasional double feeds though on a few of them. Seems to me like this paper feed system is not as good a design as the three roller FRR system, the one with the separation roller. Anyway give it a few feeds with the df simulation test and see if it settles down, at least it has worked for me.

              !!!!!!!

Hey thanks or that bulletin. We just had one of the dreaded service meetings this morning at which that problem was the main course.

My service manager flipped and has ordered those because we have some unhappy customers over that problem.

              Thank you!!!!!

guess they got the message in the end

Well it was only out in Europe because our regional out of Dallas knew nothing of it.
