    Kyocera CS-3500ci fax forward to a folder?

    Hi all. I have a issue with a cs-3500ci. I need help to setup fax to a folder.
    Like when a fax comes in make it send to a folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Pretty straight forward. I've done it on a TA 300ci. Make sure your scan to network is working first. Then check the fax foward to on, forward to your network folder you created. Let me see if I can send a picture of the setup.

      Like Ameritech said, once you can scan to the folder, just go in under the fax tab on the web page & enable it. Then select the address. It's pretty straightforward.

        Go to this link, scroll to the Fax Forwarding Video. Here they explain the Fax Forwarding for Email and SMB (scan to folder). It is simple to follow.
