KyoCapture / AutoAtore 5.0

Anyway got any answer to resolve KyoCapture/AutoStore version 5.0 to work with TASKalfa 5501i?
Previously customer is using KyoCapture 5.0 on TASKalfa 520i but changing new machine I encounter some problem.

I could install the pkg file & also able to see all display that set on KyoCapture server, but when I click start scan.
Neither the DP or Platen are moving & application that show on panel scan fail.

There are some IT engineer mention is due to Kyocera HyPAS v2.0 on new machine whereby TASKalfa 520i is using HyPAS v1.0
Is there a way to resolve on this area other than purchase or upgrade the software?

It's been a while, but I don't believe there is any workaround. They want to sell DMS Link & DMConnect.
