    J000 on a Kyocera 255

    I am currently boning up on the SIM 031 for this model. It's not so easy as it's a numerical testing system.

    I can't seem to jimmy any sensor fix this. It will go away for a while then reappear over time even when the machine is idling.

    I suppose the fuser would be the first thing to swap, but just wondering if anyone has any common J000 on these machines.

    OK so the SIM 031 actually looks easy. Almost too easy...

      If you're referring to the KM-255C, are you sure about that jam code? The Hanabi series uses 4 digit jam codes, i.e.: J0000

      =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        If you are referring to the TASKalfa 255 that J000 speaks to an initial jam, The power is turned on when a sensor in the conveyingsystem is on. Check

          Welding environment. Brown dust everywhere. SIM31 showed the Duplex sensor tripped. Clean it out.
