    [Misc] KYOCERA FS-1028MFP

    hello all my tech friends ...we have fs-1028mfp ...if we started copy all copy is white any copy ...good drum ..good toner pls any idea to sloved my problems

      Is your toner cartridge properly installed?
      Can you see toner on the magnetic roller of the developing unit?
      Try running sim 130

          The drum unit is not seated properly.

              had this a few times,can be the lsu shutter guard is sticking hence laser is not putting image on drum ,removing and refiiting drum cures,had a few springs off after removing side cover as well

                  very true have encountered this problem on so many machines
                  failure is not an option !
