Will not fax automatic, changed setting to memory transmission, will scan documents and just sit there, does not dial number, but if you insert documents and hit on hook, dial number with documents in feeder it will scan and dial number and send fax. Other wise it will not send fax. Not familiar with this machine fax procedures. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Are you on a PBx? If yes, look in sim U660 for an option to select PBx settings. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
