    Thoughts on UTAX kit

    Hello all

I have been approached by UTAX to become a dealer for them. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience of them.

How good are the machines ? Are their training courses and hotlines any good ?

    Any input would be appreciated

    Thanks Jonny

The majority Of Utax are re-badged Kyoceras. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If they really want you to be a dealer for their machine, then ask them to give you a demo machine and play with it a bit. Kyocera are decent machines, good techical support, good manuals and has parts for about everything on a machine. Training are what they are, someone going through a service manual with you and a little bit of messing with a machine. Many times it would be the other way around, you would have to approach them to get dealership with credentials to support their product.
