    400CI reg clutch change

    Has anyone changed a registration clutch on a 400 ci where is it located the diagrams really such i need some help anyone

    The reason that you can't find the registration clutch, is that there isn't one. It uses a registration motor. And that motor is fairly reliable, because I haven't had the need to touch one yet. The part # is: 302H794230. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      there is a registration clutch i seen the motor also but the clutch is in the service manual under other item 6 reg clutch. MY PROBLEM IS I GET Z FOLDING AT THE REG ROLLER EVERY COPY ANY DRAWER HAVE YOU SEEN THIS

        Did you see the *2 next to that entry:

        *2: 25/25, 30/30 ppm model only.

        The 400ci and 500ci use a registration motor. No, I haven't seen Z-folds at the registration roller. What jam codes are you getting? =^..^=

          service mode item number 30 . motors test. the registration motor is listed there. mark the reg roller, run the simulation and see if the motor is runs and check the mark.

          sm item 31 checks the switches. reg switch is found there.
