Have M6535cidn giving a F234 and F183 code. Cannot find it in the manual. Was trying to copy Single sided to 2 sided and it took the pages in the document feeder and then it was like it was waiting on another sheet. A piece of paper feed part way out of the cassette and then the machine just continued to run. I open the back and the paper was partially fed out of the cassette and when I took the paper out and closed the back of the machine then the F234 or F183 error shows up. ????

All fcodes are controller related and also bullitens dont show this issue! I would start with firmware if you haven't already -
Re: Kyocera M6535cidn - F234 / F183
1) Check contact of the DDR memory and check function.
2) Format the HDD and check function. (U024 FULL formatting)
3) Execute the U021 Memory initializing to initialize the controller backup memory
and check function.
4) Replace the main board and check function.
5) Replace the HDD and check function.
6) Retrieve the USBLOG and contact the Service Administrative Division.
I'd say firmware, then memory/hdd. Sharp machines had a jam code saying the image wasn't ready when the page made it to the resist roller.
This sounds like it's the same case. Unlikely that it's a board, but I'd start with the others first.Comment

Re: Kyocera M6535cidn - F234 / F183
Had already installed the NEW firmware. Ended up having to do a Initialize Memory (U021) to fix the problem. Then had to restore PinPoint to the desktop, had to re-input the network setting and had to re-input the Job Accounting Users.Comment
