    Other than the fact that both machines are obsolete technology?

    They are both of the same vintage. I tend to prefer the Kyocera. The 600 will dump toner like it's going out of style. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      taskAlfa 620 better it only have problem with fuser life max 300k copies

          Yes! This ^. And they are both older machines. I worked on both and liked the Kyocera better. I generally liked their black and white machines from several years back better than Konica-Minolta machines of the time. I did like the KM office color better than Kyocera's of that time.
