Re: skewing
Also be sure that the loop adjustment for tray #3 is correct. If you have insufficient loop you may get a paper skew. If you have too much loop you'll get Z-folds in the vertical path, and hear a snapping sound as the next clutch takes up the excessive loop. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: skewing
Any chance you're running Legal size out of tray 3? Try to swap the paper from 3 to 4 and put whatever is in tray 4 to tray 3. I seem to have issues when legal paper is in tray 3 and no amount of skew cam adjustment seems to help. Doesn't seem to affect LTR or LDR.
I think it has something to do with the white pinch roller spacing in the tray jam removal door. Legal paper will just barely fit in between the outside rollers. This sometimes also causes legal paper to be frayed at the trail edge from the side of the pinch rollers rubbing against it.Comment
