    [Jamming] Cassette lift motor

I have a km 3050 that has lift motor coupler cracked I've ordered the part number however it comes with a different coupler on the motor. The one that's in the machine is not a crown or a spike coupler like the one I ordered it as a replacement. Anyone know why there's a difference.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

When the tray is pushed in, it couples and decouples better. The older models twisted, and the plastic broke. They strengthened the plastic and design. It works, doesn't it.
