FS 1035 dead

    FS 1035 dead

    Just got this machine I know nothing except the fuser ohms out good but there is no hint of life. Any other experience with this machine going dead? Thanks Ray

    How about the output voltages on the power supply? =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Left side, remove cover, will see connectors to power supply, there is 1 connector that comes loose, that one goes under machine to main board make sure things are plugged in correctly. Even if no work has been done by the power supply area, that one plug barely is on and can come loose enough to give you a dead machine.

        In the machines i worked on with this problem, it was either the low voltage power supply or the engine-mainboard combo.

          well I have 17 volts where the 24 volt fan plugs in to..
