Kyocera 4500i Displays customer name on boot up

Hi Guys just picked up this machine and I noticed it displays the old customers name on power up right after the welcome screen. instead of saying Kyocera it displays customer name then it goes to read and shows the normal display, also coming out of sleep mode it shows customer name. no big deal but I would like to get it back to normal before I deliver the machine to the new customer. I have tried everything reset memory and HHD installed Firmware with no luck. Any Ideas. Thanks in advance

It's called a Splash Screen. And you can make it anything you want. Use service mode U224 to revert back to the Kyocera default.:

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
