Kyocer FS-1370 dn.I am not finding this in the service manual. I got this number from customer and have yet to see this machine. Is this a fuser error? I see fuser errors in the 6000 list in the service manual. I ordered a fuser and will put that in today but would rather know for a certainty this is it before I install it.

I think your decimal place is too far to the right. Kyocera printers display the error, then decimal point, then current copy count.Last edited by blackcat4866; 09-28-2016, 12:34 AM.If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
