I have set up a customer to fax via their PCs with a 4500i. Right now the confirmation page prints out. The problem is with all the activity in the office these confirmation pages get lost, not to mention that some people are not close to the copier and would need to go check it every time they fax which is a problem. I have looked at the fax operation guides and the fax-v operations guide. Sorry to say they only confused me. Is their a method that when faxing via the PC they can have some sort of confirmation that they can fall back to if needed? They want this info should someone question if the fax was sent as well as knowing it went through. I have not had this come up before and I'm not that versed on this. Figured someone may have been down this road and would know how to handle.
