    Welcome Screen Stuck

I have a 250ci that is stuck at the Welcome Screen. Attached is a troubleshooting guide that I am using. Tech support said the dip switch the guide is referring to is on the bottom of the op panel. I have the operation panel off the machine and cannot find the dip switch. Has anyone done this before and knows where the dip switch is? Also if you have any other input on this issue of Welcome Screen Stuck please comment. I was also told it could be hard drive or NVRAM stick. Just can't find that Dip Switch.

EDIT: I just found it. Was looking for a row of dip switches. Turn out its on the small board that is exposed when you take the bottom cover of the op panel off (1 screw). Only one switch (selection in "normal" or "boot"). Darn, I did not have to remove the entire op panel. Oh well, live and learn.

I saved this information from a post by KYO_OEM. It may help you:

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
