KM2560 touch panel firmware up date

Hello everyone , been a while since ive been on here. Ive been lucky with my small Copystar fleet that I haven't had any major issues, however I have a long time customer of mine who is suddenly having problems with his km-2560 touch screen and from what ive read its a common problem(Lucky me). Basically to get to the meat of the subject what I need is the firmware to update the touch screen via USB key . Now from what I understand is I have the older style panel with the removable dimm chip . I am in the process of replacing the digitizer (and the felt) and I was told I should up date the firmware as well.

    1. What I need is the Firmware Ver2.20D (Because I have older panel (2nd hand info) if someone can send it to me that would be greatly appreciated since I am a small company and I cant go onto KMA connect my self to get it .

    2. Its been a while since ive done any firmware on a Kyocera so I need simple instructions for installing the firmware on a USB stick and how to up load it into the Kyocera . If memory serves me right its pretty straight forward , turn machine off plug stick into USB port then power on and wait.

I really need this ASAP so if anyone can help out it would be greatly appreciated. The guy who said he would help me here locally stiffed me so I could really use the help .
    Thanks in advance !

Regardless of the age of the panel, you'll want version 2.45a firmware. The procedure is simple. Extract the firmware to a folder on your PC. Open that file folder and copy the entire contents to the root of the USB. Power OFF MFP, insert USB, power ON. Wait patiently for about 6 minutes (or up to an hour under certain circumstances. DO NOT POWER OFF DURING FIRMWARE INSTALLATION. When all say "Complete" power OFF MFP, remove USB, power ON.

You can also do Compact Flash firmware installation on this model, with a higher percentage of success. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
