PF-770 paper tray not lifting

Hello i need some help with a TASKalfa 6501i with PF-770 as 5th paper cassette. The paper tray is not lifting. I did a visual check, everything seems to be ok. I looked in the service manual for a simulation to do a motor test but i cannot find it.

And are there any tray/lift motor errors in the log ? Most of the time, the machine tells you what is wrong.

U247 to test feeder motors and clutches.

U 906 : Still same problem

I cannot see any error related to paper casette, attached the error log please let me know if you find someting.

U 247 : the motor does not turn and also i get error message side deck detached even if the casette is well attached.

Also attached a photo of the U 247 test and the side feeder detached error

The C1820 fault from the 14th is a feeder communication error. Check connectors but seems like you may have to replace the feeder main PWB.

I have no experience with the side feeders on these but make sure you check the interlock switch on the feeder and make sure it is not bent and that it is working.

Finally solved the problem, it was the interlock switch.
