Have you tried a new cartridge? Sometimes the RFID chip on the cartridge is defective and the unit does not recognize that a new cartridge has been installed.

Whenever I make a suggestion like this I get the same response. "That sounds too hard. Don't you have something easier to try?" the answer is NO.

Each toner cartridge has two couplers. On the left side of the frame there is a coupler for each cartridge that turns the foam roller to add toner. On the right side side of the frame there is a coupler for each cartridge that opens the toner shutter. If the toner motor coupler does not mate no toner will be added. If the toner shutter coupler does not mate properly the toner shutter will not open, and no toner will be added.

Disassemble the drive assembly on the left frame. Clean out the heavy white grease. Time the couplers so that they are all in the same right position.
Disassemble the drive assembly on the right frame. Clean out the heavy white grease. Make sure that the action of the rack gear cams IN/OUT all the toner shutter couplers.

If you've done the Gemini modifications this is not new to you. It's not easy or simple. You're tearing the machine down to the frames. The first time I did it it took me 9 hours, and I had to take it back down three times to get a working copier. You'll probably want to do it in the office if at all possible.

The good news is that after a few times you won't have to take the machine back down three times to get a working copier. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
