    KM-1820 Registration Problem

So I have a KM-1820 thats getting a jam 40 and registration is very random. I cleaned the stickyfoam pads on solenoids off and had no effect. Installed new feed and registration clutch and solenoids as well as new feed tire for tray. Beginning to think the registration flag/sensor is bad.

    Any ideas?

Whats the page count? Does that machine have a hard rubber reg roller, is the center of the roller worn thinner than the outsides?

I seem to recall something about registration bushings breaking, and being rather unpleasant to replace. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
