Have one that received a fax and it say error cannot print, paper cassettes are whited out, and no other function will work, remove fax card, machine works good, prints.copies/scans, no problem. install card, locks it up, also cannot delete that print/fax job. Is there a way to delete it? Help! Tried different card from working machine, same issue. Dimm card?

Make sure at least one tray is set to Auto Size/Plain. If the tray is set to a specific size it is ineligible for fax printing. -

Checked that, tried different configurations to no avail, strange part of it is that you cant even make a copy, the paper cassettes get whited out, and machine says there is no paper in any of them, until you remove fax card. ?. Thinking bad dimms. going to try that today, reformat and see what happens.Comment

I had this on a CS-2560.
Export user data to USB in sim U917. Note destination (in this case Copystar: 66), SMTP, and IP address. Run Data Clear U022. The offending document will be printed. Re-enter data and import U917 data.

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Document came in as A-5 Metric, after fiddling with settings, fax came out and everything fine now. Not have the familiarity of machine's functionality can be a learning experience, but, all's well, end's well.
