    Copystar CS3035 latest firmware needed

Got client with old Copystar CS3035. Copier using over 8 waste toner containers every toner cartridge. Developer was replaced 6 months ago and calibrated. Making sense to start with newest firmware upgrade but I am unable to find it anymore.
Can anyone provide the firmware please?

I would start with a new charge wire. If you can get one put in a new charge unit.

      Generic toner? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Math doesn't really add up. Over 8 waste toners per cartridge. There's not separate developer, so I figure you're only getting a few hundreds prints per toner cart.

          Thank You all.
Just to clear, There is developer, As I mentioned a new genuine developer unit was installed few months ago.
And yes, It is getting around 4K pages on genuine cartridge that should be 35K.
          Toner cartridge is Genuine Copystar.
These are the reasons I thought firmware is a good and safe place to start instead of replacing parts.

I haven't heard of any firmware levels fixing this problem, but hey, it's worth a shot.
Or is it? Fair warning. If you have not been keeping up with the firmware upgrades
on this model and try to upgrade to the newest version, but haven't upgraded for 2 or3 levels
you could end up confusing the main board and it will freeze up and never upgrade or come to ready ever again.
Unless you replace the main board. And it's hard if not impossible to find each firmware upgrade that is missing,
to do it in the order they came out. It did happen to me. Had to replace the main board.

Anyway, I'm wondering how bad or how dark the copies or prints are. Or is the lid up when copying small thing onto bigger paper, causing a lot of black, like sky shots on the paper.
OR the drum unit is arcing, without throwing up an error code.
            Weird problem.

            Good luck.

Ditto to what copydocinc said about firmware. I would not start with firmware. I killed a 3035 immediately after doing a PM on it by trying to upgrade f/w. The price of the main board makes it not worth repairing after that.

copydocinc, I do agree that main board can go bad and i doesn't worth to try to upgrade due to the fact the copier is missing most upgrades.
Let me add that transfer roller was replaced when developer unit was changed but not sure if it is the TR700 i think my tech used a TR-710 instead.
The client is actualy very happy with the copies, They are sharp and clean with no shadows or image issues.
In this case what can cause the copier to fill up the waste toner container so fast?...(maybe bad transfer roller?)

                Thanks

If you are not seeing toner on the back of the copies I would think the transfer roller is fine.
I too would start with main charge.
