Is the solenoid the most common problem with the switch back ass'y??? The one in the copier had the paper stopping before exiting into finisher. The ass'y I swapped it with was periodically causing paper to stall. Problem only happens when either duplexing or paper exiting into finisher. Thanks!!!

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: KM3035
On the back side of the switchback assy there is a gear that has a one way bearing that starts to slip when it gets old.
You either need to replace that one way gear and or clean and roughen up the shaft where it rides on the shaft.
YOu might also get away with a good cleaning of that one way bearing, with alcohol, but don't forget the shaft roughening part. (lightly use a file so its not so smooth)Comment

It's a scanner lock shoulder screw/setup screw from a Falcon III. It's ironic that they were the perfect size to re-purpose. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
