Hi to all techs!
We are experiencing a strange issue with some of our Kyocera and Trimph-Adler printers. These machines are equiped with DV-350 and DV-352 type developer units. Not too long ago they started printing out pages with a very light graytone where there was supposed to be simple white surface. Our team suspects that these DV units may be the cause. We cleaned them thoroughly and added new toner, but it made no difference. I've tried scanning a sample but the graytone area isn't visible on the scan.
If any of you has encountered such an issue before please relate.
Respect to all,
