I have a customer who when making copies thru the feeder and copying from top tray number 1 has
a shadow edge line down the edge of the page (1 MM from rear edge) Tray two is fine. the scanner glass is not the problem!!
This is the same as a registration line usually at the bottom only its on the rear edge of copied page only ( and so minute its not very serious
Can someone tell me what code I need to input in to perform a image shift on tray one?
