    fuser error code reset for KM-1650

    I know i'm missing something, how do I reset a fuser error code on a KM-1650 copier?

    Have you tried using 906 to reset the error code ?

      run sim 163 (I think thats the one, It says something about resetting a fuser fault)

        You are correct. Sim 163 for fuser reset, as long as the fuser is good. If not the next code you will get is c6000, indicating open thermistor or bad lamp.

          enter sims by 1087, 1087.. run sim 163.. usually,if error comes up again, it'll be c6000 = no heat or c6020 = high heat.. thermistor is possible cause of both.. i've gotten c6000 before and have found them dirty sometimes and sometimes just not functioning well.. hope this helps...
