    [Misc] WHITE TOUCH PANEL

    Touch screen on kyocera taskalfa 4551ci appears white when the machine is switched on. You cannot read any other message because the screen is just white. how can this problem be sorted out?

    You cannot read anything - if at there are error codes or faulty messages. The screen is not blank, but switches on to white colour and the only light seen on the control panel is the call for service symbol - the spanner. What can you do if you cannot read other instructions on the touch panel?

    Which part could lead to such a problem so that we try it and see if touch screen will come back to normal?

      What have you done so far? =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
