Re: kyocera 4550ci paper sticking to ih
I think that I would start by increasing lead edge void to 4.5 to 5.5mm. It sounds like a lot, but as you know, full coverage photos like to follow the heat belt. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: kyocera 4550ci paper sticking to ih
We have had a lot of these issues, only when the customer is printing 100% colour coverage, we have tried what blackcat suggested, we also rotated the paper to a4r so there was potentially less of a curl on the paper, messed around with the fuser temp, the only way we got to some solution was by asking/telling/begging the customer to use a better quality paper for high coverage prints, 100gsm seemed to work fine, they wearn`t over the moon about it as it would cost them more money, but it proved the point when it worked.Comment

Thanks for your input ...we were toying with that idea of better & thicker quality paper so we are pleased to hear you had good results ... again thank you for your time ... Now to get a couple cases to the client to try out ...

Re: kyocera 4550ci paper sticking to ih
A little fix is to go into sim 464 and select target value. Drop the numbers under each thickness by between 20 and 40. This will put slightly less toner on the page and the customer will not notice.Comment

Re: kyocera 4550ci paper sticking to ih
We will give that a try as well ...open to all suggestions ...client today wasn't thrilled with us suggesting a better more expensive paper ... go figure a large law firm and all the partners drive expensive cars and live in massive houses (we seen them ...we service there home machines as well) are cheap skates on supplies ...priorities !!!
thanks for your time and suggestion ....will let you know how it turns out ...
