    [Error Code] kyocer cs3050 touch panel firmware update

    I have a cs3050 with a CFB33 code. I'm looking for the updated firmware. Thank you.

      If you got the code after you worked on the panel, make sure your connectors on the panel boards are connected properly. There are two connectors that fit for one of the harness points. It's common to plug the harness into the wrong connector and get a code. Newest firmware is from 2010.

          No, I replaced the panel about 3 years ago, and it's been fine up until now. I spoke with the thech at Hytech, and he said I needed the firmware update. Thank you!

              It was a very very early version of firmware that sped up the op panel operation. It had nothing to do with error failures of the op panel.

              I doubt very much that it's firmware. What level are you at? =^..^=
              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  I got the last firmware update available, and I will try it tomorrow. I'll let you know what happens.

                      It sounds to me like the panel DIMM has malfunctioned. Possibly need to replace in order to resolve.
                      If you phrase your inquiry properly, you will get the answers you seek...
