Slow print jobs

Hi Everyone, I have a C8520 in the field that is on a network and works fine, except large file print jobs take a very long time to print and will sometimes
give a print error message. Does it need more memory? Or firmware update? Thanks for looking and giving ideas.

Always make sure to use the latest driver & firmware. After that, I would add memory. If they are PDF's, switch the driver to KPDL or try clicking the print as image on the advanced tab.
