[Misc] Network LED not coming on after the Move

We have a client who just moved.
The problem is that their Network card is not working (no LED on).
However, the line is working because when we are testing with computers it is working fine.
Have anyone experience this issue? any solutions?

Who moved the machine? I have seen these connectors damaged as they are pulled away without disconnecting the network cable.

it wasn't damaged. we switched the board and still did that. also, when a laptop is connected to the copier 1 to 1, LED comes up and they communiate.

Try changing from auto detect network speed to whatever speed they are using.

If the laptop will connect the problem is not in the copier but the line coming to the copier.

Is the cable a crossover or straight through? If connecting the laptop directly gets you green leds on copier you can forget about the problem being copier related.
