    Kyocera 8001i web issue

    Hello all,
    I have a Kyo 8001i that I cannot web into. I can print but no bueno on web interface log in. Just says site can't be reached. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

    http and https can be turned off at the machine level. Log-in at the machine for network settings, Admin for both password and name-case sensitive and check those settings.

      That did it! Thanks again.
      HTTP was off, HTTPS was on. Set HTTP to on, was able to web in to command center.

        Just for future reference, our IT guy tells me that the Google Chrome browser comes defaulted with Java disabled, and there is some other feature that's disabled. Sorry for being so vague, but that's one of the reasons that the web interface has not been coming up on a lot of our equipment.

        Can somebody else specify what that other browser feature is? =^..^=
        If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
