Hi tried checking anything like that.
I've spoke to a friend at Kyocera and they have never had it.
The machine initialises but screen and buttons dead no ready light etc.

Have you tried updating the machine firmware?

has anyone worked on it recently? if not sounds like it could be the display controller bd or the display it's self. do you have a scrap machine that you can rob the parts off of for test? I would start with the display.

I've had a similar situation , and found loose connections to the display PWB .
