    Taskalfa 300i black lines

    Hi there!

    I have this taksalfa 300i that's printing with black lines. I want to do Drum Refresh but this machine has MyQ and I can't enter Management Mode.
    I'am able to enter Maintenance Mode but there is no option to do Drum Refresh.

    Can anyone help?

      The drum refresh will not solve the issue. Print a counter page. Is the line there? Can you see any ware on the fuser?

              Are they fine, consistent width? Are they edge to edge or is there a blank edge on either side? If all answers are yes, you likely need a drum.
              If you phrase your inquiry properly, you will get the answers you seek...

                  If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                      Try sanding down the mag roller with Scotch Brite
