Hi, I would like to backup the firmware of a FS-C5020N. I know how to update the firmware using CF card, but is there a way to save the current firmware to the card? I looked up in the service manual but have found nothing... Thank you in advance, j131

Re: how to backup firmware c5020
Nope. You cannot backup (export) the existing firmware from a machine.
You can download current firmware from the kdaconnect website. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks. Unfortunately I have no access to kdaconnect so downloading from there is not an option. Oh well, at least I know there is no magic prescribe command to search for. j131Comment
